Will is a true advertising sage. For more than 20 years he taught college-level communications and literature courses in both Florida and England while managing the Gregory Group, an award-winning agency with national reach. Now at pearl, Dr. Gregory directs business development and planning. He is past Governor of the 4th District American Advertising Federation. Often referred to as "Mr. Public Service," he applies his skills tirelessly on a variety of social initiatives from AIDS education to keeping art in schools and improving foster care adoption rates.

She has directed a broad range of accounts with annual budgets up to $15 million. She holds a marketing BBA from Cleary University of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her work has earned numerous advertising awards, including a national gold ADDY.

Scott directs the creative vision at pearl and acts as a catalyst for solving challenging marketing communications problems in a vitally imaginative and engaging way. He oversees a wide range of creative strategy and brand management activities for pearl clients. His twenty years of success in creative direction across many lines of business has been recognized with numerous advertising industry awards. He currently serves as president of the American Advertising Federation-Southwest Florida. He holds a B.S. degree in visual communications from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.
